RETURN POLICY FOR ADAWALL/WALLORO WALLPAPER & MORE

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return process for your convenience. Below are the details of our return policy:

1. Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

2. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please send your return to the following address: 9722 Hwy 90 Alt, Suite 103, Sugar Land, TX 77478. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Restocking Fee:
A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies to all returned items except for those received in error or damaged upon arrival.

4. Final Sale Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns for final sale items. This includes any items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items damaged during the shipping process. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to open a case, as our shipments are insured up to $100. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

7. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item first and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

8. European Union Regulations:
For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, during which you can cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

9. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at support@walloro.com.
